Approvals
Week 6–10
We handle the paperwork. You handle nothing.
GHMC approvals, layout permissions, NOCs — we manage the entire regulatory process. Our team knows the requirements and the timelines. You won’t spend a day chasing a government office.

Build
Month 3–14
Daily accountability. No relay races.
Our civil engineers and site supervisors are on-site every day. You receive weekly progress reports with photos. Milestone payments are tied to verified completion — you never pay for work that hasn’t happened. Our principals review every major decision.

Interiors
Month 10–15
Spaceoid takes over.
Once the structure is complete, Spaceoid Design Studio steps in. Custom joinery, flooring, lighting, kitchen systems, soft furnishings — all designed and executed in-house. No handoffs to external contractors.

Final month
Keys on the date we promised.
We conduct a full snagging review before you take possession. Every item on our punch list is resolved before handover. You move in to a home that works — not one you’ll spend months fixing.
