Construction

How long does it take to build a house in Hyderabad?+

8–18 months depending on size and scope. A standard 2-floor, 2,400 sqft home takes 12–14 months from design approval to handover.

What approvals do I need before construction?+

GHMC building plan approval, layout clearance, NOC from relevant authorities. We handle all of this.

Do you build on plots in gated communities?+

Yes. We work within gated community building regulations and coordinate with developer requirements.

Can I make changes after construction starts?+

Yes, through a formal change order process. Changes after structural work begins cost more — which is why we lock all decisions before breaking ground.

What warranty do you offer?+

12-month comprehensive warranty post-handover. Structural defects: covered for 5 years per Indian building code.

Interiors (Spaceoid)

What’s the typical interior cost for a 2,400 sqft home?+

₹15–35 Lac depending on specification level. Spaceoid provides a detailed quote after the design consultation.

Do I have to use Spaceoid for interiors?+

No. But clients who use both benefit from integrated planning — electricals, lighting, plumbing placements are all designed with the interior in mind from day one.

What’s included in the interior scope?+

False ceilings, flooring, painting, custom joinery (wardrobes, kitchen, TV units), lighting, soft furnishings, and styling. Loose furniture is optional.

Process

What’s the difference between a strategy call and site visit?+

Strategy call (free): We understand your project, share what’s possible, and give you a rough estimate. Site visit (₹4,999): Our team visits your plot, assesses soil, access, and local regulations, and gives you a detailed scope and firm quote. The fee is credited to your project.

Who is my single point of contact?+

Your project manager — assigned at booking, present on site throughout, reachable throughout the week.

How do I track progress?+

Weekly photo reports, milestone sign-offs, and direct access to your project manager.

Billing

Is the quoted price fixed?+

Yes, for the agreed scope. Changes you request are documented and quoted separately before execution.

What is the payment schedule?+

Milestone-linked: Design approval, foundation complete, slab complete, structure complete, finishes complete, handover.

Do you offer home loans?+

We work with clients using home construction loans. We provide all documentation required by banks.
