Not just photos — your project manager walks the site on video call every week. You see every room, every detail, every concern addressed live.

GHMC approvals, layout clearances, utility connections — we manage everything with a notarised power of attorney. You don’t need to be here for paperwork.

Transparent fund management
Every rupee is accounted for. Milestone-linked payments mean you release funds only when work is verified complete. No advance payments, no disappearing contractors.

Spaceoid handles interiors too
While you’re abroad, Spaceoid can design, source, and install your entire interior. You approve designs remotely, we execute on the ground.

Ready when you land
We coordinate handover around your visit schedule. Your home is move-in ready — not "almost ready" — when you arrive.
We were in Dubai. Our plot in Kokapet sat empty for three years because we didn't trust anyone to build on it. NUBUILDCo sent us video calls every Friday. We watched our home go up from 6,000 kilometres away. When we landed for handover, we walked into a finished home. Not a construction site.
